You own your results

Your Birkman results belong to you, not to the company you worked for when you took it. Birkman International will provide you a copy of your own Signature Report on request. We help you do more with the report you already own.

How to get your Signature Report from Birkman

If you took the Birkman through an employer and no longer have your report, you can request a copy directly from Birkman International.

Email Birkman International at support@birkman.com.
Ask them to change the email on your record from your old work address to your personal email.
Request a copy of your Signature Report.

Make sure it’s the Signature Report

Birkman offers several reports from the same assessment. The Signature Report is their premier one, the full picture of who you are, and it’s the report your Guides are written from. Some programs hand out a shorter report instead, like Birkman Basics. Those are fine for what they are, but they can’t feed a Guide.

If your PDF is only a few pages or doesn’t say Signature on it, here’s the good news: your answers are already on file with Birkman, so there’s nothing to retake. If you only took a basic level, we can upgrade you to the full Signature Report from those same answers. There’s a fee for the upgrade, and we’ll tell you exactly what it is before anything happens. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
