The Superpowers Guide is included free with every portal.

Built on a methodology that takes a lifetime to master.

We spent a combined 45 years helping our clients learn not just their Birkman results, but how to apply them, to their careers, their family relationships, the life-changing decisions that come with knowing yourself well.

We learned directly from Dr. Birkman and stayed on the cutting edge of everything that followed. We were part of the original cohort that developed Birkman’s High-Performing Teams program. The Birkman Method isn’t a tool we use. It’s a discipline we’ve built our careers on.

Primrose Guides is our way of sharing what we’ve spent decades accumulating, in an accessible way that doesn’t cost hundreds of dollars an hour.
