What data do you keep about me?
Your name, your email, the Birkman results you or your consultant gave us, and the Guides we wrote from them. That’s the list. We don’t buy data about you, track you around the internet, or collect anything a Guide doesn’t need.
Do you share my data or my results with anyone?
No. Never sold, never shared, never shown to another client. Your Guides are delivered to you and only you. If you want your boss or your mom to read one, you hand it to them. You decide who sees what, always.
Is my Birkman data used to train AI?
No. Your results are used to write your Guides and for nothing else. The AI we use is contractually barred from training on your data.
How do I remove my data?
Write us through the form on this page and say the word. We remove your account, your results, and your uploaded files. Anything you downloaded stays yours, and once removal runs, what we held is gone.

Not for Guides. The Signature Report is Birkman’s premier report, the full picture of your results, and it’s the one everything here is written from. The good news: your answers are already on file with Birkman, so there’s nothing to retake. Ask whoever administered your Birkman for your Signature Report.

What if I leave?
Your portal closes but your Guides stay yours. Download them, print them, keep them for good. That was the deal on day one and it doesn’t change on the way out.
