Companies run the Birkman two ways. Some order the shorter Basic questionnaire. Many run the full Birkman Questionnaire but only hand out the Basic report, a few summary pages. The Signature Report is the complete picture, and Birkman releases it only through a feedback session with a consultant. So if all you ever received was a Basic, that doesn’t mean a Signature was never run on you. It may exist and simply never made it to your hands.
